Background

R.K. Celluloids is a Tamil-language film production company.

Logo (October 26, 2000)

Visuals: A shot of a sunrise at an ocean is revealed with birds flying in front of the sun. Once the sun rises, the red letters "RK" blur in while a blue/white gradient circle emerges wiping in vertically to the bottom. The golden letters of "CELLULOIDS" then zoom out in a group, rotating themselves to perspective while placing at the bottom. After a while, the same letters zoom into the camera, and these change to the Tamil translation of the name, "செல்லுலாய்ட்ஸ்", placing themselves in a similar fashion.

Technique: CGI animation.

Audio: A peaceful orchestral theme with the sounds of birds and some whooshes.

Availability: The logo can be seen on the K. S. Ravikumar film Thenali.
