m Text replacement - "{{color|grey}}" to "grey" |
Adding external links and language category, plus removed color codes per rule. Also pointed out that the Japanese release of GTA 3 had the logo fading in at the beginning instead of blurring in. |

1st Logo (September 9, 1999-December 29, 2000)
The video of this logo may be too loud or severely distorted. |
Visuals: On a white background, a C-shaped row of yellow balls appears moving on and surrounded by another row of red balls, which just fade in. Then, the text "RenderWare" materialises next to the rings and a grey number "3" zooms back rotating next to "RenderWare".
Variants:
- There is a still prototype variant which takes place on a black background, and the colour rings face down and have a 3D effect. The name (without "3") is below it.
- There is a still version of the logo with a copyright notice below.
Technique: 2D computer animation. A digital graphic for the still version.
Audio: A harsh electronic jingle, followed by a rather loud whoosh. The still variants are silent.
Availability: The animated version can be seen on Deep Fighter for Dreamcast and Aqua Aqua for PS2. The still black-background version appeared on TrickStyle, while the still version with the copyright notice can be seen on Rayman Revolution for PS2.
2nd Logo (June 28, 2001-February 4, 2005)
Visuals: On a light blue background, three coloured shapes appear, each accompanied with a name of a RenderWare component, which dissolves immediately. Blue comes first with Graphics, green with Audio and pink with Physics. Then the shapes zoom back and "RenderWare" in a black, shiny font zooms in below them. There is also "PLATFORM" below.
Variants:
- There are still variants. One of them has a yellow background, and another has a black background and is missing "PLATFORM".
- On Grand Theft Auto III for the PS2, the logo blurs in on a black background with the "PLATFORM" text. Also, the text is in a light grey font. It then blurs out after a few seconds. The Japanese version had the logo fading in at the beginning instead of blurring in.
- On some games, it shares the screen with other logos.
- Sometimes, the logo is in-credit, in the case of NFL Blitz 20-03.
- On both Outlaw Golf games, the logo is glowing white and is next to the Bink Video (for Outlaw Golf) or GameSpy (for Outlaw Golf 2) logos.
- On Tonka: Monster Trucks, only the blue part of the logo (RenderWare Graphics) is shown.
Technique: 2D computer animation. A digital graphic for the still variants.
Audio: Three "bing" sounds followed by a synthesized charging-up-like sound.
Audio Variants:
- On the PS2 version of Scooby-Doo: Night of 100 Frights, alongside the still variants, the logo is silent.
- The latter variant also have the opening theme of the game playing through it.
Availability:
- Appeared on MX 2002 featuring Ricky Carmichael, the first Burnout, City Crisis and MegaRace 3, among others.
- The black-background version was seen on Frank Herbert's Dune and Outlaw Golf 1 and 2, while the yellow-background variant appears on Antz: Extreme Racing.
- The RenderWare Graphics variant was only seen on Tonka: Monster Trucks.
3rd Logo (May 20, 2002-June 26, 2009)
Visuals: Over a white or black background, the silver relief word "RenderWare" in the same font as the previous logo zooms out rapidly and stops.
Variants:
- On some games, the logo may or may not have a registered trademark on top of the logo.
- On programs packaged in the RenderWare Software Development Kit, the text was used as an on-screen bug on the bottom left and is abbreviated "RW".
- Some games have the logo in-credit.
- Some games have the logo shares the screen with other logos.
- On Starsky and Hutch video game and Crackdown, a copyright notice is seen below.
- Some games have a different background. For example, AFL Live 2004 have the logo on a blue background with multiple transparent abstract shapes on the right.
- On Donkey Xote for PSP, the RenderWare Graphics logo (consists of the logo with "Graphics" below) is used, and it has a copyright notice below.
- Later games have the logo fading in.
Technique: 2D computer animation, or a still digital graphic.
Audio: None, or the game's opening theme in some games.
Availability:
- Can be seen on many games using this engine, such as AFL Live 2004, WWE Crush Hour and Crackdown.
- The variant with "Graphics" appeared on Donkey Xote for PSP.
- The in-credit version appears in Sonic Heroes, as well as some other games.
