2nd Logo (September 24, 2004-April 9, 2011)
Visuals: It starts off with a reflection in water as the camera pans up to reveal some green grass. The camera zooms out around an autumn landscape with falling leaves, which turns to winter with snow falling. The whole action performs inside a snowglobe. with the Adirondack chair in front of it. Underneath the snowglobe, the words "SHADY ACRES" appear in a flash, in a blue Times New Roman font. The Adirondack chair is in between the two words. Under the words "ACRES" is the small word "E N T E R T A I N M E N T". The action in the globe continues to spring, with the creek running, and then it becomes summer.
