Visuals: Same as the Shintoho Eiga logo, but the company name does not appear with the emblem. Then seconds later, the Japanese company name fades in below the circle. Also, the background is squished and is in 4:3 aspect ratio.

Availability: It's seen on some adult films on home video releases in Japan.
