1st Bumper (September 1, 1993-October 31, 1995)
Visuals: On a blue background, a blue ring and "SKY" fly into its position, which forms the Sky logo, while a rectangle containing a black rectangle on the left, and the world map with a thin red rectangle below on the right rotates to the center of the screen, as a vertical glass pane is seen connected to it and "NEWS", which is seen scrolling around on the top and bottom sides, also rotates into their position. The Sky logo and "NEWS" are later seen rotating onto the left part and the right part of the rectangle, respectively, forming the horizontal lock-up of the 1993 Sky News logo.
Technique: CGI by Novocom/GRFX.
Audio: The shortened version of the channel's theme, with an announcer saying "You're watching Sky News."
2nd Bumper (November 1, 1995-August 31, 1996)
Visuals: The horizontal lock-up of the 1995 Sky News logo is seen zooming in on an animated blue ribbon background, with the Sky logo flashing and the right side of the logo shining.
Technique: CGI by Novocom.
Audio: None.
