Background
This is a production company formed by Michael J. Weithorn (who also formed Hanley Productions) and Ralph Farquhar (who would later go on to found his own company, Bar Productions).

Visuals: On a marble background with gold and blue lights, there's the word "SLICK/MAC" in a tall font with the "PRODUCTIONS" in a blue Bank Gothic font, enclosed inside a black rectangle. The text "IN ASSOCIATION WITH" fades in below.
Technique: Just the "IAW" notice appearing below.
Audio: The end theme of South Central.
Availability: Seen only on the short-lived 1994 sitcom South Central.
