Background
This is a production company formed by Michael J. Weithorn (who also formed Hanley Productions) and Ralph Farquhar (who would later go on to found his own company, Bar Productions).
Logo (April 5-June 7, 1994)
Visuals: On a marble background with gold and blue lights, there are the words "SLICK/MAC" in a tall font with the blue words "PRODUCTIONS" in a stretched out font. The words "IN ASSOCIATION WITH" fades in below.
Technique: Just the "IAW" notice appearing below.
Audio: The end theme of South Central.
Availability: Seen only on the short-lived 1994 sitcom South Central.
