Logo (January 1, 1994-April 15, 2003)

Visuals: On a black background, there is a sphere full of fire coming out from the low corner. Then, it flashes and reveals the word "SOLAR" with fire footage inside zooming out. "ENTERTAINMENT" in spaced out letters appears via a ray effect.

Technique: The fire and the word sliding. [possible misuse]

Audio: A strange chord with a boom for the flashing; followed by a repeatable synth glockenspiel theme.

Availability: This was seen on various RPN-9 recordings until April 15, 2003. Also, it served as a de-facto home video logo until 2006.
