Background

Soprole (full name: Sociedad de Productores de Leche) is a Chilean maker of dairy products founded in 1949. The company markets yogurt, milk, desserts, jelly and butter. It is a subsidiary of Fonterra.



1st Logo (2005-2016)

Visuals: The "SOPROLE" text in red rises from a white liquid, with ripples appearing across the screen. Below it is the slogan "Sano y rico cada dia".

Variants:

  • Earlier in 2005, the slogan was "Algo rico cada dia".
  • A special 60th anniversary variant was used in 2009-10. The animation was reworked with the large blue text "60 años", in scripts, rising up with the logo below.
  • The logo was cropped to widescreen on later commercials. On Teleton commercials since 2014 and in a few later commercials, the logo was formatted with an extended white background. The framerate is also slower.

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Audio:

  • 2005-2009: A synth pad note, with the male announcer saying "Soprole, algo rico cada dia". In 2006, the slogan was changed to "Soprole, sano y rico cada dia".
  • 2009-2017: A 6-note piano theme with strings based on the jingle from before, with the latter announcer.

Audio Variants:

  • In occasions, the logo's music would be replaced by the tail-end music of the commercial.
  • The 2009 theme was high-pitched in a few commercials.

2nd Logo (2016-2021)

Visuals: There is a drop of milk splashing into the bottom, while the new Soprole logo, now a cursive "Soprole" with a drop at the top, and "Desde 1949" below, appears zooming in with a border. A smile is drawn inside the drop.

Variants:

  • There existed a black byline variant in 2018, with the text ""SOPROLE, GENTE BUENA LECHE" ES UNA MARCA REGISTRADA DE SOPROLE".
  • In 2020, the slogan "Lo Podremos Lograr", in script, appears in blue.

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Audio: A 6-note ukelele based on the 2009 jingle, with a female announcer.

Audio Variants:

  • The announcer lines were changed depending on the year:
    • 2016: "Soprole, mmm! Sano y rico."
    • 2017, 2019-2021: "Mmm! Soprole."
    • 2018: "Soprole. Para la gente buena leche."
    • 2019-2021: "Soprole."
  • Sometimes the ending music of the commercial plays.
  • A low-tone variant was used in 2021.

Availability: Seen on Soprole commercials during the time frame.

3rd Logo (2021-)

Visuals: Superimposed at the right side of the screen, often accompanying an actor/actress of the commercial smiling at the camera, the Soprole logo from before animates, while the slogan "Nutriendo Sonrisas" in script appears below.

Technique: 2D digital animation.

Audio: The low-tone ukelele from before, with the female announcer saying "Soprole. Nutriendo sonrisas".

Audio Variants: Sometimes the ending music of the commercial plays.

Availability: Current; seen on newer Soprole commercials.
