Background
Spotify Technology is a Swedish music streaming service, founded by Daniel Ek and Martin Lorentzon on April 23, 2006. Around August 2016, Spotify launched an original content division, called "Spotify Video".
(August 2016-)
Visuals: On an orange background, we see an array of orange, blue, red and white circles colliding across each other. We then cut to a blue-purple background, where the Spotify logo appears in red-orange.
Technique: The circles. A perfect example of a "simple-yet-straightforward" logo.
Audio: Two deep-toned drum beats, then two more higher-pitched drum beats, the last one holding throughout the rest of the logo.
Availability: Seen on original content produced by Spotify, including Deconstructed, Rush Hour, and Landmark.
