Background
Star Motion Picture Development Co. was a film company from Hong Kong.
1st logo (September 25, 1963-1964?)
Visuals: On a gray background, there is a 3D, four-pointed star with a white "星明" surrounded by a moving sunburst effect behind it and a flashing, circular star pattern around the star. Underneath all of that is a dark filmstrip containing "司公業企影電". The stars in said star pattern eventually all fade in individually, shining from right to left.
Technique: 2D animation.
Audio: A heroic and bombastic orchestral fanfare.
Availability: Seen in films such as The Poor Wife
