Background

Strand Film Company was a film production company in United Kingdom formed in 1935 with Paul Rotha as director of productions. [1]

Visuals: Over a black background, there is a silhouette of a pegasus standing on a tilted object on a stand. Below it is a cut-out "A STRAND FILM" in stacked format. Underneath is a huge, serif "STRAND FILM" with "COMPANY LTD." in serif below it. "PRESENTS" is below it.

Variants:

  • On Echo Murders, the background is a person smoking while examining in silhouette. The text is in Western-style with "Presents" is now in cursive.
  • On Loyal Heart, the background is in a cloudy background with the text being in sans-serif and "Presents" in a cursive typeface.
