Visuals: On a white background, the royal blue word "Sullivan", in a fancy script font, writes itself. When it finishes writing in, the turquoise word "ANIMATION" in Lithos, fades in and zooms in a little closer. The "i" in "Sullivan" turns red, making the word read "Sullivan", and a yellow star appears, dotting the "i". During the whole animation, the website URL "www.annetoon.com" fades in above.
Variants:
- PBS Kids airings of the show have the logo start with "Sullivan" already formed.
- Reruns on Qubo, blanked out the URL.
- The animated movie Anne: Journey to Green Gables as well as remastered prints of the series, have the logo in a zoomed 16:9 format and remove the URL in entirety.
Technique: 2D animation.
Audio: A flute tune based on the Anne of Green Gables: The Animated Series theme song.
Audio Variants: The short variant has the show's closing theme.
