Visuals: On a white background, there's a red rectangle that slides to the right while fading in. The words "SYNERGY" on the top and "HOME ENTERTAINMENT INC." on the bottom (in white text) fade in with 2 circles bouncing (one circle has a stylized letter S from the Synergy Music Corporation logo and another circle has a disc symbol in it) at the top of it, while 3 lines appear on the left of the rectangle. The finished logo looks like a movie camera, and stays still for a few seconds before ending with fading to a white screen.

Audio: Same as the Synergy Music Corporation logo.
Availability: Seen on VCDs of films released by the company, such as Engkanto.
