This is the home video publishing unit of the Japanese TV network Tokyo Broadcasting System (TBS).

1st Logo (1980s-1991)

2nd Logo (1991-1992)

Logo: The still TBS logo from the era is shown on a white background with "TBS VIDEO" underneath.

FX/SFX: None.

Music/Sounds: None.

Availability: Uncommon.


3rd Logo (1992)

Logo: TBA

Variant: On a 1992 VHS release of Kitaro's Two Years' Vacation, the same animation plays normally. However, when the logo is formed, it plays in reverse with a big sphere zooming and disappearing.

FX/SFX: The shapes forming the logo, the changes of the background, the dissolving. The variant adds the reverse animation with effects.

Music/Sounds: TBA.

Music/Sounds Variant. The variant had an Indonesian kecak vocal ensemble.

Availability: Seen on a few tapes released in 1992. The variant was used for Kitaro's Two Years' Vacation.
