Background

Ta Chung Motion Picture Co. was a Taiwanese film production company.

1st Logo (September 26, 1969-1976?)



Logo: On a black background, we see a earth zooming in to us (a la Viacom V Of Doom) and then stops. Then, a golden person statue is seen appearing to a top of globe, and the Chinese characters, written backwards, appears below, with the English text below (through the English text is abbrievated) fades in underneath the logo.

Technique: Camera-controlled animation.

Music/Sounds: First we hear a drum roll which segues a trumpet fanfare, and then a 4-note, which added to the track of music. Sometime the music is different, and we hear 9-note trumpet fanfare with a shrilled violins added below the music.

Availability: Rare. Seen on some films by the company.
