The video from the link above has the first Devillier-Donegan Enterprises logo after a wildlife program (through my research it turns out to be a TV airing of the Canadian doc Profiles of Nature: The Hummingbird.) It is unlikely that there are any more instances would surface online due to how rare it is, but in case someone else has found it on Youtube or Dailymotion please let me know.
