A little suggestion
In contrast to the reporting feature you have added, maybe you could involve Stewards or Sysadmins such as Void, Dmehus, Reception123, or maybe even NDKilla to help with any forms of sockpuppeting as well, or any forms of disruption that may occur on this wiki. From the perspective of global functionaries, the Report extension would be of little use to Stewards and Global Sysops as, in either case, we only act where local administrators are not responsive within a reasonable period of time. Technically, theDmehus (talk) 15:13, 4 January 2021 (UTC)globalsysopglobal user group doesn't have the user rights related to this extension anyway. A community discussion would likely be necessary in order to add the additional rights, and it's not immediately clear to me how it would be beneficial from a global functionary perspective. Any reports requiring action by global functionaries would still need to be reported at stewards' noticeboard, on Discord, or on IRC. Stewards could temporarily add localsysoprights, in the rare and exceptional circumstance it was required to view Special:HandleReports, so that's less of a concern. In short, this really doesn't concern Stewards or Global Sysops much, if at all, really.- I've struck my previous comment as the Report extension is not enabled on this wiki.
