Background

Tele-Action (currently known as Cine-Tele-Action) was established in 1987 in Montreal by Canadian-based veteran producer Claudio Luca. Its best known productions were Radio Enfer (including its English counterpart, Radio Active) and Fries With That.

1st Logo (1995-2000)

Nickname: "The Rectangle"

Logo: On a white background, we see a blue rectangle sliding in. The black word "TELE-ACTION" appears letter by letter, but it has a light blue eye replacing the "O" then the eye turns black.

FX/SFX: The rectangle slide in, the letters appearing, the eye turning black.

Music/Sounds: Usually the outro of a TV show.

Availability: Seen on every episode of Radio Enfer aired on Canal Famille as well as on TFO. Also seen on Radio Active episodes aired on YTV and on Nickelodeon.

2nd Logo (2000-2004)

Nickname: "Merging Eye"

Logo: On a light blue shaded background, we see the eyes as before, merging into the same eye as before. The word "TELE-ACTION", with an eye instead of "O", flips upward at the bottom of the screen.

Variant: On Season 2 of Fries with That?; the logo it's completely remade and with two blue boxes with the words "CINE" and "TELE", next to "ACTION". FX/SFX: The eyes merging.

Music/Sounds: The outro of a show's closing theme.

Availability: Last seen on the short lived show Fries With That when it aired on YTV. It also appeared on later episodes of Radio Active and Avoir su...
