Background

The Firm was a film and television production and talent management company based in Santa Monica, California. Established in 1997 by Jeff Kwatinetz and Peter Katsis, it ceased operations in November 2008. Several months later, Kwatinetz, Katsis, and Rich Frank founded Prospect Park, an entertainment company which replicated the scope of The Firm. After the company went bankrupt, The Firm was relaunched by Kwatinetz in August 2015.
