The Magic Store Productions was founded in 2005 by Christian Jacobs, Justin Lyon and Scott Schultz, the former of which is also known as the MC Bat Commander for the band The Aquabats! and founded the company Awesome Forces! as well.
(August 20, 2007-2017)
-
Regular color scheme version only seen on "Yo Gabba Gabba!" and "The Aquabats! Super Show!".
-
Different color scheme version only seen on the iTunes-exclusive series RAD Lands.
Logo: On a purple background, a stylized blue magic wand bounces up and down, with little orange-and-white stars coming from its five-pointed tip. The wand makes an explosion of stars, of which forms letters in the name "THE MAGIC STORE", except for "I". They appear in a stylized red, orange, and blue color scheme, with the word "THE" arranged vertically next to the letter "M" in "MAGIC". The wand shortens and takes the place of the letter "I".
Variants:
- Sometimes, the logo appears to be stretched for unknown reasons. This variant only appeared on a few episodes of "Yo Gabba Gabba!".
- On the Chipotle-sponsored iTunes series RAD Lands, the logo has a different color scheme. The background is now blue, the red letters are purple, the blue letters and wand are cyan, and the orange letters are magenta.
FX/SFX: Flash animation.
Music/Sounds: Chimes accompanying the wand waving, followed by five harp notes and a voice quickly saying "Magic!".
Music/Sounds Versions:
- On season 1 of "Yo Gabba Gabba!", the "Magic!" sound clip is usually a little louder. After the logo ends, the harp and the chimes fade out.
- On a few season 2 episodes of "Yo Gabba Gabba!", the "Magic!" sound clip is a little louder, so the harp and chime sounds don't fade out before cutting to the 2007 WildBrain Entertainment logo.
- On most episodes of Yo Gabba Gabba! and The Aquabats! Super Show!, the "Magic!" sound clip is a little quieter, so you can still hear the harp playing along with the chimes.
- On the Yo Gabba Gabba! season 4 episode "DJ Lance's Super Music and Toy Room", the "Magic!" sound clip is a little bit out of sync and it's quieter.
Music/Sounds Variant: A silent variant exists. This can only be seen on French version of a few "Yo Gabba Gabba!" season 1 episodes. Music/Sounds Trivia: The "Magic!" sound clip is actually sampled from a Yo Gabba Gabba! pilot segment seen here.
Availability: Appears at the end of Yo Gabba Gabba!, The Aquabats! Super Show!, and the Chipotle-sponsored iTunes-exclusive series RAD Lands. This doesn't appear on the Yo Gabba Gabba! and Fresh Beat Band crossover episode "Yo! Fresh Beats Go Gabba Gabba!" and the sometimes pilot of "The Aquabats! Super Show!".
Legacy: It's pretty nostalgic for those who grew up with "Yo Gabba Gabba!" and/or "The Aquabats! Super Show!".
