1st Ident (1971-1991)

Ident: We see a red line, "TBS" and Japanese characters on a black background.

Technique: None.

Music/Sounds: A announcer talks over the ident.

Availability: Was used as a ident on TBS during the era.

2nd Ident (2008-2020)

Ident: A sparkling spotlight shines on a black background as a crystallized, transparent figure with a antenna on top of its head in a walking motion slowly descends. "TBS" and "Tokyo Broadcasting System", both crystallized and transparent, are below. The figure stops above "TBS" and the spotlight fades out. The figure turns red, "TBS" turns blue and "Tokyo Broadcasting System" turns white.

Technique: CGI.

Music/Sounds: Some crystallized chimes and a whoosh. NBC airings of American Ninja Warrior use generic music and a announcer.

Availability: Seen on American Ninja Warrior, the American adaptation of Sasuke, until season 12. Also used as a ident.

3rd Ident (2021-)

Ident: A blue line flies from the bottom-left on a black background. As it flies up, something rises from the line, unfolding to reveal "TBS". The text shines and moves up as "TOKYO BROADCASTING SYSTEM" slides down and stops below "TBS".

Technique: CGI.

Music/Sounds: NBC airings of ANW use generic music and an announcer.

Availability: Seen on American Ninja Warrior from season 13 onward.
