Background

Transworld Video was a defunct Swedish home video distributor that was operated in the 1980s.

1st Logo (Early 1980s)

Logo: On a blue background, we see an outline of a TV tube standing behind the letters "TWV".

Technique: None.

Music/Sounds: None.

Availability: Unknown. According to the description of the above video, it may be found on a VHS release of The Lost Honour of Katharina Blum, but this has not been confirmed. Check the Swedish eBay or charity shops for VHS tapes that have the Transworld Video label.

2nd Logo (Early-Late 1980s)

Logo: On a space background, we see an image of what was supposed to be either the Moon or the Earth. Then the planet explodes, and a stylized LWT-like logo on a TV tube reading "TW" with blue and red lines with "VIDEO" below zooms in, and the text "Presenterar" fades in below.

Technique: 2D animation.

Music/Sounds: A portion of "Future Perspective" by Keith Mansfield

Availability: Unknown. Check the Swedish eBay or charity shops for VHS tapes that have the Transworld Video label.
