Background
Blue Byte is a German studio formed in 1988 and most famous for developing strategy games. It was taken over by Ubisoft in 2001.
(1989-)
Logo: A blue asteroid zooms to a starfield and blows with a white wave. Then it blows again, making the background white and creating a box around, with "Blue Byte" smashing below. The words are handwritten.
FX/SFX: The object exploding and words zooming; quite outdated animation for now.
Music/Sounds: Sounds of zooming, explosion and words banging.
Availability: Common. The still version is also wide-spread.
Editor's Note: None.
