An Alternative to Photoshop

I've seen you say under this forum post that you use Paint 3D to make your logos because you are "too broke" for Photoshop. However, Photopea is a knock-off of Photoshop that is both online and free, but doesn't contain as many features. Try it out. I use it as my main alternative to Photoshop. The reason I am angry here is because I have been falsely banned. Nobody listens to me and the toxic people on the forums (Like NancerCLG and ShadowNinja) keep going after me. I am under stress making these logos and nobody even tells me an idea of what I should be doing. You all should not criticize me for my art and bully me constantly for all. Please let me make the logos in peace and stop stressing me. You all don't even give me an idea of what I should do. Look DHX, criticism is needed and you shouldn't take it harshly. Yes, your logo is childish (and there's nothing wrong with that, but it just doesn't fit our site's brand image as a logo database), but instead of taking that to insult others (like insulting LMgamer's IQ and calling Hibiscus a "chicken", and wishing failure on our site), you should at least listen to the criticism and try improving your logo designs. We are a logo database, not an old Nickelodeon website about animals. No, I'm not trying to be rude, nor bullying you, but honestly that is what your logo ideas remind me of. Nothing wrong with your designs, but it just doesn't fit in. What we need is a simple logo that can stand the test of time. And in design, a logo should be recognizable at first glance.

I accept your apology, but please don't repeatedly post the same requests multiple times, as it can fall under spamming. As for the block, the administrators on the agreed that reducing the block to two weeks was ideal, so I'll likely keep the block as is. The block itself is partially in place to give you time to improve your behavior before it expires and to make sure that you learned from what resulted in your block. Do you own this non-Miraheze account?

I have a feeling you own this account on DaFont. The main reason why I suspect you own this account is because on the same day, your sandbox was changed and a forum post on DaFont was created by aforementioned account, both mentioning the same fake logo. As you can see under the forum post on DaFont, an account is asking if you are Charlie Fiddlesticks, as the account is actually owned by me. Regarding your recent image uploads

Hello! I came across your recent image uploads, File:0777.jpg and File:0776.jpg, and found that it did not include the name (and date seen). I know I'm no admin, but per this passed RfC, it is made compulsory to include the name and date on files uploaded from now on.

Usually, I would have moved these files, but likewise (yet alas) I barely have any info about them. I suggest you gather some more evidence/info regarding them. Strong warning regarding recent conduct in regards to sockpuppet accounts

Hello, CharlieFiddlesticks, I have been alerted to and have observed that you have been attempting to conceal sockpuppet accounts that were made by a previously blocked user, Jacknorrisbelike, to prevent his accounts from being blocked. This kind of behavior is not accepted on the wiki in any capacity, as users who are indefinitely blocked from editing are not permitted to register additional accounts on the wiki unless they successfully appeal their blocks per our site rules. Do not repeat this behavior again in the future, and please report any sockpuppet accounts you are aware of at User Reports. You should report a sock immediately on the User Reports page. Socks and ban evasion are not allowed on the site. Since you knew from the start that those socks are Jacknorrisbelike you could have reported them on the User Reports page. Like I said before, do not defend ban evaders. Ignore and report. Slowing down.

I am slowly starting to lose interest in this wiki. It has been a year since I first started on this wiki and now I am just not feeling it anymore. I might make a few edits here and there and may even reply to post and user reports, but I am kind of getting a little bored of it. Eh. Well, I'm considering moving me and my pages over to the dollar store version of CLG Wiki. I'll probably forget this place after 2 weeks or so. Even though I am blocked, maybe I will wiki dwell here. Who knows? I won't edit anymore. And also, I am not even mad about it. I got way worse on my tail rn. I am just trying to keep it together. Honestly, now that I see a bit of users sticking up for me, I would like to add a few things about Hibiscus's block reason.

First of all, who was I harassing and how? I never harassed anyone on this wiki.

Here is my deal; A lot of people like Jeff. That is a fact. Evident by a lot of people. I know he isn't really a logo related character. Who cares? He has a relation to the wiki. He was here since around September this year. The only two people I can see hating on this guy is Eternity and 789, nobody else (and that is not a callout to neither of them or anything of the sorts). And how many people liked Jeff since after Forum:Preparing for a new CLG Wiki? A lot. And another reason, why are you trying to remove him? He is just a mascot. He is just a character for a random logo website. A sprinkle of drama shouldn't be a huge thing just to take him away from me and those who also care for him. He is just a character who represents the wikis fun side, which we sure as heck don't got a lot of. He can't be so harmful to the point where you remove him and block me too (twice) because of it. So I give you a deal (which is really just 2 options). You can either decide to keep Jeff as a character, who represents the fun and good side of the wiki and has correlations of the wiki while also being a good inside joke for the wiki and is a favor of many, or, disregard this and close this, showing the other side of the wiki and also showing you don't care about this.

A choice

Let's explain what I meant by "make use of those years wisely".

I left that question to you to ponder and think about what to do for the next five years, but only you can control your destiny and fate on this wiki.
You have three main paths to take from the aftermath of all this:

You can choose to do nothing, never seeing the AVID wiki again even past the five years; moving onto other ventures that hopefully go smoothly and wonderfully for you.
You can choose to burn the five years down by lambasting against the wiki, destroying the goodwill you have left with the community (I don't hate you, honestly - you seem like you have potential and had genuine friends formed here...would be a shame to burn the potential down).
Or, you can choose to spend the five years maturing, pondering about what to improve on yourself and your interpersonal skills and coming home with a strong desire for improvement and redemption. This is the option I hope you come to realize is the best way to go - you're a young, promising mind that's still learning, and I believe you can pull through with this, realizing your mistakes and coming roaring correct in October 2027 - just imagine your redemption story in the future! You'd be a real role model that would easily be an inspiration to promising minds and editors everywhere that even the most contentious of people can improve in the end! It would an amazing tale to remember well beyond the lifespan of the wiki and server!

Only you can choose which path to take, and while I can strongly suggest the third path for you; it comes down to what actions you'll take in the future, both short-term and long-term. We'll be here for you in 2027, and I'll be cheering for you...if you choose wisely. I wish for the best with your five years, and I hope you make use of those years wisely, as I said before. There are many great communities out there that you can experiment with to improve your skills and maturity. Experimentation takes practice, and not every experiment may be successful. But as long as you understand what has happened and work to improve from the mistakes if that happens, you know you'll be on the right track to improve - and if it takes many experiments, there's many lessons to be learned. But you'll never know if you don't take any. Seek out what else interests you, whether that be outside of logos, or communities inside or adjacent to them - that is my suggestion on where to begin. Keep trying, and you've have a full array of what to improve on, and when all of the cycles of learning are complete; you'll be in a far better place in 2027.
