Logo: On a black background, we see a blue full moon. Just below it is a blue rectangle is the Viacom logo in its corporate font with "CONSUMER PRODUCTS" stacked and spaced out slightly.

2nd Logo (December 31, 1995-1996)
Logo: On a black background, we see a 3D gold rectangle with blue edges zooming in with the text from before appears on the rectangle, now in 3D and colored blue. Two searchlights appear moving from behind throughout all of this.
