Visuals: On a blue background, there is a red line and a white line back-to-back at the far left side of the screen (which is the BG of the end credits of the movie), a big red "V" zooming, a la the V of Doom logo.
Technique: Cel animation.
Audio: The closing theme of Escape to Victory.
Availability: Seen only on Escape to Victory (a.k.a. Victory).
