Background

WGTW-TV (channel 48) is a television station that was founded in 1992 and licensed to Millville, New Jersey. It used to serve the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania television market, but can now only be received over-the-air in Southern New Jersey. The station was also previously an independent station, but is now owned and operated by Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN).

1st Logo (1992)

Visuals: On a pink-ish background, we see a lot of marbles with different colors such as cyan; blue; steel blue; white and black, all move to the left. And while that is happening, we see the letters "W" and "T" flying in from the top, and the letters "G" and a second "W" flying in from the bottom, with the letter "G", "T" and the second "W" flip themselves while flying. All of the letters fly to the center to form the word "WGTW". Then, an another steel background slides in after the marbles move out, and the text "TV 48" suddenly extends out of the background at the bottom right. And in the bottom left, the text "WGTW-TV PHILADELPHIA" appears.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A MIDI-esque beat, with an announcer saying "You're watching WGTW, Channel 48 in Burlington and Philadelphia."

2nd Logo (1992-1998)

Visuals: On a blue gradient background, a ring made out of stars rapidly spins and zooms out as a golden word "WGTW" facing upper side, and gold number "48", facing the left, connect and face the upper left corner. Blue stacked words "BURLINGTON PHILADELPHIA" fade in below, and white stacked cursive words "Good Television to Watch" wipe in word by word. A white exclamation mark then appears next to the "Watch" word.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: An upbeat brass synth tune with an announcer speaking "You're watching WGTW, TV 48, in Burlington and Philadelphia".
