Xilam/Logo Variations

These are the logo variations used over the years by Xilam, with more to be added overtime.

Space Goofs (1997-1998, 2005-2006):

Season 1 (2001 reprint): Same as the Space Goofs variant of the Gaumont Multimédia logo, but the text now says "XILAM ANIMATION PRESENTS" (in English) or "XILAM ANIMATION PRESENTE" (in French).

Season 2 (2005-2006): There is a blue irregular pentagon on a different space background. On top of it is "A Xilam Production" (in English) or "Une realisation du Studio Xilam" (in French). Then, a UFO (with the Space Goofs) flies over it, and the logo segues into the opening sequence.

Oggy and the Cockroaches (1998-2018): Same as the Oggy and the Cockroaches variant of the Gaumont Multimédia logo, but the filmstrip inscription now says "Xilam PRESENTS" (in English) or "Xilam PRESENTE" (in French). This version is used on post-2001 prints of Seasons 1-2.

For Season 3, the logo was enhanced and the filmstrip is stretched out more. The "X" has also been simplified.

For Season 4, the logo was modified to fit widescreen. The logo is retouched with a darker filmstrip, smoother animation and a different space background. The sun spikes are also removed, but on the shortened alternative, "PRESENTS" is in a different font, this time being in Arial, and the bombastic hit is replaced with the intro theme. Instead of hitting the screen however, the logo hits the background and shatters it, segueing into the intro.

From Season 5 onwards, the planet was changed so it now clearly represents Earth and has yet another different space background, and "PRESENTS" is now in a bolder Arial font.

The New Adventures of Lucky Luke (2001-2003): The logo is placed to the top-right corner with "A XILAM PRODUCTION" (in English) or "UNE REALISATION DU STUDIO" (in French) next to it on a purple sky background. Below that is a silhouette of Lucky Luke standing on a cliff with his horse Jolly Jumper neighing.

Ratz (2003): The logo is placed on the top with "A" and "PRODUCTION" on a transparent rectangle (in English) or at the bottom with "UNE REALISATION DU STUDIO" on the top, both on separate rectangles (in French). In the middle are the two main characters, Rapido and Razmo coming out from the mouths of two totems.

The Daltons (2010-2016): The text "A Xilam Studio production" (in English), "Une Réalisation du studio Xilam" (in French) or "Eine Xilam Animation Produktion" (in German) is placed at the center of a black background. It is constantly lightened up by the glowing yellow shadow of a swinging wrecking ball.

Zig and Sharko (2010-2020): On a live-action sea background, the waving text "A Xilam Studio Production" zooms towards the camera. It then fades away to the opening.

From Seasons 2-3, the text was changed to "a Xilam animation production".
