Background

ZAG Entertainment, also known as Zagtoon, ZAG Animation Studios, ZAG Heroez or simply ZAG, is a production/animation company founded in 2009 by Jeremy Zag. It is best known for creating and producing Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir, and the franchise it has spawned.

Logo (October 19, 2015- )

Visuals: On a black background, a light shines on a metal object, revealing the ZAG logo (the word "ZAG" in a Trajan font over a curved line) as it rotates from the left and zooms out and settles in the top center. The word "HEROEZ", likewise metallic, comes from the right side of the screen, spinning about and settling below. The "Z" in "HEROEZ" is in blue, but slanted. Two objects slide from both sides of the screen, making it a rectangle, which briefly flashes as it forms. The logo shines a bit.

Variant: An in-credit version of this logo exists.

Technique: CGI animation.

Audio: The ending theme of the show.

Availability: Seen on shows such as Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir, Power Players and Zak Storm under the ZAG Heroez label. The in-credit version also exists on said shows, as well as Ghostforce and most of the Miraculous World specials.

Logo (2023- )

Visuals: On a night sky which moves slightly, a new golden ZAG logo zooms in slowly (akin to the 2013 Lionsgate Films logo) and shines.

Variant: An in-credit version of this logo exists.

Technique: CGI animation.

Audio: A majestic fanfare

Availability: Debuted on Ladybug & Cat Noir: The Movie and also appears as a in-credit in the Miraculous World specials starting Miraculous World Paris. The opening logo does not appear in most international territories of Ladybug & Cat Noir: The Movie, as it uses the Netflix Originals logo instead.
