Visuals: On a dark gray background, a large rose-colored oil pastel scribble and the words "10th Ave. Video" in white fly into place and meet in the center. Then, the words "Exclusive Video Distributors for Platinum Productions" wipe in below. Finally, the logo plays in reverse.

Audio: Street noises.
Availability: Found on a VHS copy of The Oval Portrait (1972). This logo is preserved on the East West Entertainment dollar store DVD of this film.
