Background
Albatros was a Spanish home video distributor.
Logo (1985-1986?)
Visuals: The screen fades in to a picture of a sunset against a seashore with 2 palm trees on both sides. 2 yellow neon lines outlines the 2 palm trees and the sun, which causes a brief flash to occur, also causing the line to transform into a light-blue line, and then to a stylized pair of wings/waves (actually a CASCOM template). "ALBATROS" in a thin, curvy font also appears within the pair. Following this, an ocean background along with a stylized albatross above the pair and text fades in, leaving it static for a period of time. The background then fades away, as the pair morphs into a star.
Technique: Scanimation.
Audio: "Antarctica" by Vangelis.
Availability: It was only known to appear on a VHS release of the American film Foxtrap.
