Logo (April-December 1983)
Visuals: On a blue background, a white square zooms in as it flips twice. On the square is the black text "CABLE" in Microgramma Bold Extended font, along with 3 thick coloured lines below it: one in blue, one in red, and one in yellow in that order. As the square finishes zooming, the word "COMMUNICATIONS" appears below and, after a few seconds, a white square-shaped flash grows from the centre of the screen, eventually engulfing it.
Technique: Simple computer graphics.
Audio: A stock synth piece that starts with a slow and soft build-up before turning into a more triumphant fanfare at the end.
Availability: Seen on pre-cert releases of The Adventures of Choppy and the Princess Parts 4, 5, and 6, Cry of the Wild, The Devil at Your Heels, Every Girl Should Have One, Final Cut, Massacre at Grand Canyon, One Man, Rebel Warriors, Steigler Steigler, and The Trygon Factor.
