Logo: On a black background, we see the 1992-2004 Cartoon Network logo with the slanted word "Video" below.
Technique: None.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Rare. Seen at the end of Classic Johnny Quest and Classic Scooby-Doo tapes released by Turner Home Entertainment.
2nd Logo (1999-2001?)
Logo: 45 seconds of cartoon mayhem around a colorful construction site (Top Cat pushes a domino, Chicken from Cow and Chicken gets shot out of a cannon, George Jetson gets pinched on the butt and wedgied, Dick Dastardly gets run over by marbles, Dexter from Dexter's Laboratory pulls a lever which could be related to George's butt being pinched and wedgied, and Hong Kong Phooey slides down a tube and bounces off a mattress).
