Background

Cecil Vision was an American adult video distributor founded by Cecil Howard.

Logo (1989-1992)

Visuals: The sequence starts off with the first 3 seconds of the 1979 WOR-TV ident, followed by screen abruptly cutting to black. A white rounded bar having several trapezoid lines above, in the center and below, as well as an upside-down triangle cut-out in the center with a white star in it zooms in while spinning. The black text "CECIL ISION" is shown in the bar.

Variant: Sometimes, the ident's footage would be omitted.

Technique: Computer animation.

Audio: A peaceful synth ding theme, cut by an upbeat synth score.

Audio Variant: An upbeat piano tune is heard instead.

Availability: Seen on a VHS release of Firestorm 3.
