Background: China Film Co-Production Corporation (or simply CFCC) was an film company that produces these joint venture in Chinese film industry. It located at Beijing and Shanghai. CFCC didn't use logos until early 80's.

1st Logo (1983, 1985) Nicknames: "The Yellow Striped CFCC I", "CMPC, Filmark International and Les Studios Marko Chinese Cousin", "The Sparkling Logo" Cfcclogo Logo: Over a red backdrop, a two yellow lines begin to connect into upside and downside like "U" next to yellow lines. The Chinese text appears via sparkling effect, and the words "CFCC" appears below it.

FX/SFX: The connecting into upside/downside "U", the Chinese characters sparkling.

Music/Sounds: A suspenseful sounds followed by gong crash when connecting yellow lines, then a happy-sounding extended fanfare (which then cuts to New Kwun Lun logo) and there's no crash sound. On The Holy Robe of Shaolin Temple (after the Fujian Film Studio and Golden Principal logos), a extended fanfare is cut off, then cuts to opening theme of the movie.

Availability: Rare. Used as a placeholder logo and it was seen on The Holy Robe of Shaolin Temple. The New Kwun Lun variant is rare and it was found on Reign Behind a Curtain.
