Visuals: On a black background with blinking white stars, there is a live-action hand, wearing a glove, holding a red quill, writing “Diplomat” in a very fancy cursive font. The finger then flicks which makes the words "VIDEO" and "presents" appear, with the former in a bold Arial font, and the latter in a different cursive font. A top hat appears on the “t” shortly after.

Technique: Live-action chroma-keyed over early computer graphics.

Audio: A fancy-sounding synth tune.

Availability: Seen on many pre-cert Videoform VHS releases such as The Ambush Murders, A Black Veil for Lisa, Bloodstained Shadows, The Comeback Kid, Dayton's Devils, Death Flight, The Devil's Widow, The Eliminator, Freedom Road, The Happy Prince, Leave 'Em Laughing, The Little Mermaid, The Loch Ness Horror, Panic in the City, Rage, The Selfish Giant, Skyriders Attack, Spasmo, Viva Max!, The Winds of Kitty Hawk, and The Word.
