Background

Logo (December 15, 1969-May 17, 1972)

Visuals: The logo takes place over a smoky environment overlaid by a spinning color wheel in a dark room. A black silhouette of an object and six candles are shown as well. The smoke spreads upon the logo beginning, and a table can be seen supporting the candles and the silhouette. The silhouette reveals to be a pedestal, two small statues, a big circle, and a picture frame containing a blue background and the stacked text "EM.CE.R FILMS MADRAS". Faint smoke can be seen above the pedestal. After two seconds of the figure revealing itself, the camera slowly zooms closer to the picture frame. The zooming pauses after about seven seconds, just before the logo fades.

Technique: Practical effects.

Audio: A theme consisting of swarmandal and horn notes.

Availability: The logo was spotted in Sachaai, Parde Ke Peechey, and Bandagi.
