Background

Fremantle Home Entertainment (also known as FremantleMedia Home Entertainment) is the home video subsidiary of Fremantle, formerly known as Pearson Television Video. It was rebranded as such in 2002, normally releasing content through Prism Leisure Corporation, before branching off on their own after buying out Prism from its administrators in 2007.

Logo (2002-2003)


Visuals: The early variant of the 2002 FremantleMedia logo is shown, but the text next to the globe is raised a bit to fit in the words "HOME ENTERTAINMENT", in a spaced-out thin font. The globe is also black.

Variant: On DVD releases, the logo better resembles the previous logo while "HOME ENTERTAINMENT" is in a bold, tighter font.

Technique: A still graphic with fading transitions.

Audio: None.

Availability: So far, this logo is only known to appear on the 2002 UK DVD release of The Plank and It's Your Move and the 2003 UK VHS release of The Tomorrow People: The Doomsday Men: The Complete Story, from Revelation Films.
