Availability: Seems to appear only once, on The Sopranos: Road to Respect for PS2.

Logo: The print version of the Home Box Office logo without any interactive marks.
FX/SFX: The logo zooms slowly.
Music/Sounds: Silent.
Availability: Appeared on Game of Thrones for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
