Background

Icaro Video was a label of Casablanca Films that was formed in 1985 to distribute B-movies on videocassette. It was integrated into Casablanca Video Home in 1986, and it was dissolved in 1988.

1st Logo (1985-1986)

Visuals: On a maroon background, there is a print image of the eagle on the left, and on the right we see the words "icaro video" in a tubular font.

Technique: A still, computerized graphic.

Availability: Reportedly seen on early releases by the company. [Examples?]

2nd Logo (1986-1988)

Visuals: Continuing from the warning screen, an image flips in, showing the same background as the 1st Casablanca Video Home logo. The eagle from the previous logo, in yellow flips in, while the text slides and settles from the center, also in yellow.
