Interstellar Film and Television (星际影视) was a home video distributor in China. Not that much is known about this company besides them being involved with distributing Disney DVDs.

Logo (Late 1990's-Early 2000's?)

Visuals: On a space background, the Earth's continents fly by. Then some white circles zoom out and form a wireframe globe. The continents then fly back in and apply onto the globe. Several small yellow spheres burst out and scatter all over the screen before forming "星际影视", which shines. The globe then fades out and the text glows.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: An upbeat synth tune that sounds noticeably bit crushed.

Availability: It was known to have been spotted on DVDs of The Prince of Egypt and Toy Story.
