Background

Jim Henson Play-Along Video was a series of videocassettes produced by Jim Henson Productions in 1988 and distributed by Lorimar Home Video (with Warner Home Video taking over following Warner Communications' acquisition of Lorimar-Telepictures in 1989), which were intended to encourage kids to engage in various activities with the Muppets. This effectively marked the third in a line of kids labels distributed by Lorimar, following Scholastic-Lorimar Home Video and Kideo Video.
