Background

Knox Robinson Films is an Atlanta-based documentary film production company.

1st Logo (May 19, 2016)

Visuals: "KRF", in a serif font with a red underline, is on top of "KNOX ROBINSON FILMS". The line of text is in a different serif font and has a thick dark gray border.

Technique: A still, digital graphic.

Audio: The closing theme of the film.

Availability: The logo is seen on In Search of Doc Holliday.

2nd Logo (February 7, 2024)

Visuals: On a black background with floating particles, multiple groups of shattered, partial pieces containing "KNOX ROBINSON FILMS", in a left-aligned stacked format within four framing borders, enter from the top and bottom, spinning several times as they make their way to the center to merge. Before the completion of the merge, a dim blue ball of light scrolls in from the right, dying down not long after the logo is fully formed. The background fades out, followed by the logo.

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Audio: A three-note high pitched electronically composed idiophonic jingle with a reverting ambiance background track and ending with a soft whoosh.

Availability: The logo is seen on In Search of Bass Reeves.
