Background

Mafin Films was a film company from Indonesia.

1st Logo (January 2, 1975)

Visuals: On a cyan background, the company's logo, starting from the top of the screen, zoom in and stop. The logo itself consists of an abstract and rounded red box with its right side shorter than its left, containing the overlapping vertical stacked letters "mf" next to a speech bubble reading "pt. mafin films" in a rounded font, right-aligned format, and yellow inner border, as well as three yellow dots at the right end of the box. The logo returns to its initial position so that the center stacked text "MANIFESTO INDUSTRI FILMS", in a 3D perspective effect, appear below it. Moments later, the Indonesian and English translations for "presents", in a cursive font and divided by a thin underline, appear superimposed on the bottom of the screen.

Technique: Cel animation.

Audio: A gambang fanfare ending with a set of horns.

Availability: It appeared on Benyamin Raja Lenong.

2nd Logo (1977)

Visuals: Set on a shining blue starfield background, an oval wireframe globe wipes in from the bottom to the top. Then, a shutter symbol choppily zooms out from the center of the globe. When it stops, two filmstrips flowing out from the bottom of the shutter appear and the latter opens up, releasing the upper arched text "P.T. MAFIN FILMS" where it rests on the top of the screen. On the bottom of the screen is the same "PRESENTS" text as before but in magenta and a capitalized font.

Technique: Cel animation. Cutting effects are used to make the stars shine in the starfield.

Audio: Same as before.

Availability: It can be seen on Pukulan Berantai.
