Background

Magic Frames is a film production company in India.

1st Logo (January 7, 2011-June 29, 2012)

Visuals: On a black background, multiple film reels fall to the ground, with several of them stacking on top of one another. The top of which flips around to unveil rainbow colored chevrons that fly outwards. After the screen flashes, changing the background to space, the chevrons merge into a clockwise spinning star symbol that shines in the center. Then, rainbow colored balls of lights with yellow light trails bounce away from the lower center to unveil "MAGIC FRAMES".

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A rising whoosh leading to multiple metal plates crashing onto the ground. Later, a deep and rhythmic techno fanfare plays.

Availability: The logo is seen on Traffic, Chaappa Kurish, and Ustad Hotel.

2nd Logo (March 29, 2013-)

Visuals: This is a redone version of the previous logo with more simplified textures. Moreover, in the beginning, there are more film reels and they all release rainbow colored, dissolving trails into the air. Filmstrips, also traveling in said direction, circle around the stack of film reels. The chevrons consist of four colors: gold, purple, lime green, and dodger blue. They pop in and merge while the previous chevrons continue to fly out. The space background is black and has less stars. The lights unveiling the logo move faster and smoother, with the trails sparkling as they are about to leave the screen. The company name is in a shorter, futuristic font.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A soft, high pitched ambient track plays in the background alongside metal contact with the ground at a quieter volume. There are also stuttering whooshes and shrill light shimmering. After the text is unveiled, a short ambient motif plays, followed by a voice reading the company name.

Availability: The logo is seen on Chennaiyil Oru Naal, Gold, among many other movies.
