Normal version

Visuals: A red-tinted blue grided background is shown within layered horizontal lines alongside a VHS filter applied. Once the logo appears, the screen scrolls upward to show multiple copies of the shot before flashing to stabilize it. The logo is shown to consist of "MASSACRE VIDEO", in a right-aligned stacked format, rounded font, with an orange outline, four horizontal bars extending to the left of the "V", and liquid dripping from the "O".

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Audio: While a synth drone plays in the background, an ascending Moog synth arpeggio plays. Later, a jingle ending with two chords performed by the same instrument is heard.

Audio Variant: There is an early audio track where it consists of quick, descending and beeping arpeggio.

Availability: The logo is seen on home media releases of The Devil and other films.
