1st Logo (February 22, 2017)

Visuals: Zooming in against a stormy sky, an outlined seashell symbol with a spiky right end is on top of "PERFECT STORM FILM" is shown with both in a steel texture.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: The opening theme of the film.

Availability: The logo is seen on A Single Rider.

2nd Logo (December 26, 2018-February 5, 2020)

Visuals: On a black background, a solid gold rectangular box with the lower portion cut off by ocean waves from the right crashing into a rocky surface on the left. "PERFECT STORM" is within the lower portion of the box, which is also divided by thin vertical bars. The bottommost portions of the four center tiles are cut off to make room for "FILM".

Technique: A still, digital graphic.

Audio: None.

3rd Logo (June 21, 2024)

Visuals: On a black background, a deep sky blue rectangular box expands. The same rocky terrain and waves rise from the bottom within the box, followed by the vertical lines falling within the two. Afterward, the text fade in, also in the same look and structure as before.

Technique: Flash animation.

Audio: The opening theme of the film.

Availability: The logo is seen on Hijack 1971.
