This logo looks like a video editor project, I don't believe something like this would come out from 1990, especially since the channel who uploaded this isn't that accurate with years for home video logos (besides the films it appears in) and that there's very scarce information about this company.

Logo (2000s)

Visuals: On a black background, we see an orange ring connected with a line below, almost resembling the power button, zooming in. It then rapidly spins and stops, afterwards imprinting on an invisible sphere and doing the animation in reverse. It then spins again and deforms, afterwards becoming normal. Yellow company name then appears below, and slides to the right. The logo then zooms out.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: An upbeat techno theme.
