The screen cuts to a wide shot of a little boy's bedroom, with the window blinds open to show the house is in the middle of a storm. The figure sinks into darkness after the thunder's light dims. Then, a shot of the cowardly boy, and partially covering himself with his blanket while in bed, is shown. Audio: The sound of rain and thunder is heard for the majority of the sequence. A rising horror stinger plays until the revelation, to which the sound of thunder stops. The aforementioned intense weather sound resumes when the silhouette re-emerges, alongside a humming sound blending in with the storm.
